All our prints are made to order and printed on either 240gsm matte coated thick art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-color ink digital processes. The unique ink blend combined with the high-quality media ensures that this print remains vivid and clear, preventing color fading over time.
Sustainable Framing
The majority of customers opt to have their prints framed by our in-house team, who handcraft all our frames to order. Options of black, white, or honey oak wood are sourced from sustainable suppliers. Our framed art is safeguarded with crystal styrene for protection during shipping and in the home, ensuring longevity. Frames come ready to hang on your wall.
Safe Packaging
All our A4 prints are packed in a clear cellophane bag with a reinforced back panel and shipped in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are sent rolled in solid tubes. Framed prints and canvases arrive wrapped in shrink wrap and securely packed in a weather-resistant reinforced cardboard cover to arrive safely at your doorstep, ready to hang.
Fast Shipping
Framed orders from the UK are typically dispatched within two days via a 24-hour tracked courier service. A4 prints are shipped using Royal Mail 1st class.
We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. The processing time starts on the day you place your order and typically takes 1–3 working days. After processing, your order is sent with Royal Mail or USPS, with an expected delivery time of 5–7 working days. The total delivery time is processing time + delivery time and is a maximum of 10 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or incorrect address information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
At Skorter, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt.
The return costs are at your own expense, unless you have received an item that is damaged.
In that case, we will cover the costs and provide a suitable solution.
