How fast can you answer my question?
We answer messages and emails in the order we receive them and respond within 24 hours.
Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?
Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team processes the order within 1–3 business days. If you wish to change the place of delivery, contact us immediately after placing the order at support@skorter.com or call us at +31 6 3809 2644 with your name and order number. We will make every effort to update your address before the order is shipped.
Please note that we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has already been processed or dispatched.
How long is the processing time?
We aim to process and prepare your order within 1–3 business days.
For customers in the United States, order cut off time is 5:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
For customers in the United Kingdom, order cut off time is 5:00 PM GMT. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day.
How long is the delivery time?
Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days. This may vary depending on your location.
How long is the total delivery time?
Total delivery time = processing time + delivery time.
Expect delivery within 6–9 business days from order placement. Details will be in your confirmation email.

- Our warehouse operates Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays.
- These are approximate times for reference only.
Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages that could arrive 1–2 business days apart.
Out of stock/backorder items:
If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via email. If they are not expected back in stock within two weeks, we will refund you automatically.
I received a damaged item, what should I do?
We apologize your shipment did not arrive in perfect condition. Please contact us with your name and order number for assistance.
How can I track my order?
Go to the Track My Order link in the main menu or footer and enter your tracking number. Need help? Our team is ready to assist.
Why is my tracking number not working?
Some tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to activate. If yours doesn't work, contact us and we'll assist you.
Which shipping company do you use?
For customers in the United States, we use USPS.
For customers in the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail.
Can I return my product?
If you want to return an item, contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving it at support@skorter.com.
Our team will send you a return form to print, fill in, and include in your return package.
- Shipping costs for the return are the customer's responsibility.
- Exception: If you received a wrong or damaged item, we’ll cover return shipping and email you a free return label to download and print.
Please repackage your item(s) using the original packaging. The customer is responsible for proper packaging. Returns sent without contacting us will not be accepted.
How long is the return period for products?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
In what condition must the products be in order to be returned?
All products must be returned in their original condition (unused and in original packaging).
How much is the restock fee?
We do not charge a restocking fee.
When will I get my refund?
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, you will receive an automatic refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
