1. Where is my parcel?

Our typical delivery time is 6-10 business days, which includes 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping. Orders placed before 00:00 PST will begin processing the same day (Monday to Saturday). Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, which can delay both processing and shipping.

2. What should I do if 10 business days have passed and I still haven't received my package?

We apologize for any delays. First, please check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is still in transit, it may be held up at customs or due to other unforeseen delays. If your package has not arrived after 15 business days from the shipment date, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

3. Where can I find my tracking code?

You will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been shipped, typically within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder. If you still don’t have it, contact us, and we’ll assist you.

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on our tracking page to see the status of your delivery.

5. I am not satisfied with my package. What should I do?

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide a detailed explanation along with photos or videos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the problem promptly.
