1. Where is my parcel?

The total delivery time is 6-10 business days, which includes 1-3 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping.

Orders placed before 00:00 PST will begin processing the same day (Monday to Friday).

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, which can delay both processing and shipping.

 

2. What should I do if 10 business days have passed and I still haven't received my package?

If 10 business days have passed and your package hasn’t arrived, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Use your Track & Trace code to check the current status on our Track My Order page.
  • Step 2: Wait an additional 5 days, as delays sometimes occur due to customs or local delivery schedules.
  • Step 3: If it has been 15 business days, then please contact us and we will find a solution together.

 

3. Where can I find my tracking code?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking code via email, typically within 1-3 business days.

  • If you haven’t received it, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
  • If it’s still missing, contact our support team for help in locating your tracking code.

 

4. How can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Simply enter the tracking number on our Track My Order to see the status of your delivery.

 

5. I am not satisfied with my package. What should I do?

If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us immediately. Provide a detailed explanation along with photos or videos of the issue, and we will assist you in resolving the problem promptly.

 

6. How do I start a return?
