Important reminders:

• For indoor usage only!
• To maintain your pet's health, it's recommended to change the water and clean the fountain on a weekly basis.
• The maximum water level should not exceed 3/4 of the bowl’s height, and the minimum level must be above the pump outlet. If you hear loud noises from the fountain, it could be due to low water levels or a dirty impeller. Please clean the impeller and ensure there's enough water to reach at least the minimum level.
• To minimize the escape of harmless activated charcoal dust, it is advised to soak the filter in water for 2 minutes and rinse it thoroughly under running water before first use. Filters should be replaced every 2-4 weeks.
• Please keep the cord out of reach of pets that might chew on it.
