Instructions: 

There are 4 buttons (M, S, Up-arrow, Down-arrow) 

1. The leftmost button "M" will cycle through the menu options; time, temperature, date, alarm 1, alarm 2, alarm 3, and birthday when the clock is facing you.
2. When you reach the option you want to change, press and hold the second button "S" from the left, and you will hear a beep while the display starts to blink.
3. You can now use the last two buttons on the left to adjust the settings as needed. Button 3 increases values, while Button 4 decreases them.
