All our prints are made to order and printed on either 240gsm matte coated art paper or 260gsm canvas fabric using vibrant 12-color ink digital processes. The unique ink formula coupled with high-quality mediums ensures that this print remains sharp and vivid, preventing color fading over time.
Sustainable Framing
The majority of customers choose to have their prints framed by our in-house team, which handcrafts all frames on demand. Options in black, white, or honey oak wood are available from sustainable sources. Our framed art is glazed with crystal styrene for safety during shipping and at home, ensuring longevity. Frames arrive ready to be hung on the wall.
Secure Packaging
All our A4 prints are wrapped in a clear cellophane bag with a reinforced backing sheet and shipped in a sturdy envelope. Larger prints are dispatched rolled in resilient tubes. Framed prints and canvases are delivered shrink-wrapped and securely in weather-resistant reinforced cardboard packaging to safely reach your door, ready to be hung.
Fast Shipping
Framed orders from the UK are typically dispatched within two days using a next-day tracked courier service. A4 prints are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.
We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. The processing time starts on the day you place your order and typically takes 1–3 working days. After processing, your order is sent with Royal Mail or USPS, with an expected delivery time of 5–7 working days. The total delivery time is processing time + delivery time and is a maximum of 10 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or incorrect address information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
At Skorter, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your product within 30 days of receipt.
The return costs are at your own expense, unless you have received an item that is damaged.
In that case, we will cover the costs and provide a suitable solution.
