Avoid pulling the eye cups away from the face, as they could snap back and harm your eyes.
Cease usage immediately if any irritation occurs around your eyes.
It is advisable for skilled swimmers to demonstrate how to adjust, fit, and remove the goggles before their first use.
Always verify that the straps, nose bridge, lenses, and adjustment mechanism are in proper condition before each use.
