INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the adjustable metal hole cutter and attach it firmly to the corded or cordless drill.
Position the cutter at the center of the circle and secure it by tightening the screws to firmly attach the metal hole cutter to the steel plate.
Turn on the drill, open the cutting mandrel, and rotate the adjustable metal hole cutter to produce an accurate round steel plate.
