Operating instructions:
On/Off: A simple press on the button to turn On/Mode/Off.
1. Level 1: green light, mists every 4 seconds, cycles every 5 minutes.
2. Level 2: blue light, mists every 4 seconds, cycles every 10 minutes.
3. Level 3: red light, mists every 4 seconds, cycles every 20 minutes.
4. Level 4: purple light continuously on, constant misting.
5. Level 5: no misting, activated colored ambient light.
6. Charging indicator: red light while charging; red light turns off when fully charged.
Important notice:
1. Exercise caution when inserting essential oil bottles into the diffuser; do not push them too hard to avoid leaks and damage to the device components.
2. Refrain from tilting or laying the diffuser on its side when adding essential oils to prevent leaks that may impact the device.
We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. The processing time starts on the day you place your order and typically takes 1–3 working days. After processing, your order is sent with Royal Mail or USPS, with an expected delivery time of 5–7 working days. The total delivery time is processing time + delivery time and is a maximum of 10 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays and circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or incorrect address information. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
