Common Questions
Q: What should I consider while applying?
A: Ensure to secure the bottle cap tightly right after utilizing the adhesive to prevent the gel from curing too soon upon air exposure. Always work in a well-ventilated space.
Q: What safety measures should I take?
A: Limit skin contact with the adhesive. If contact occurs accidentally, wash the affected areas promptly with warm water and soap to reduce the gel's impact.
Q: Why isn’t my AB adhesive curing?
A: There are mainly two possibilities: First, the mixing ratio might not have been correct. Second, the adhesive may not have had sufficient time to set. Initial curing requires about 10 minutes, while complete curing happens in less than 24 hours (curing duration may extend in cooler temperatures).
Q: Which materials cannot be bonded?
A: Materials such as PP, PE, and POM plastics do not bond, which includes car batteries, plastic containers, bumpers, etc.
Q: What is the ideal size for the area to be bonded?
A: It is recommended that the bonded area for the fast-setting adhesive is no smaller than 3 mm, as the efficacy of the AB adhesive improves with larger bonding areas.
