All components are made from durable brass, ensuring impressive detail and weight. The plate is formed from a 1.5 mm thick solid brass sheet, engineered to fit securely against the wall.
Antique brass is known as a 'living' finish since it interacts with the ambient air and humidity, which results in it becoming darker (particularly in the areas that are frequently touched). We have hastened this aging process manually, providing it with an antique appearance right out of the package.
