Every piece of hardware is carefully crafted from solid brass, offering remarkable detail and substantial weight. The plate is constructed from a 1.5 mm thick sheet of solid brass, engineered to sit very close to the wall.
Antique brass is often called a 'living' finish due to its ability to interact with the surrounding environment and moisture, resulting in a natural darkening (particularly in areas that are frequently handled). We have intensified this characteristic through hand aging, providing it with a genuine antique look right from the start.
