An electromagnetic lock, commonly referred to as a magnetic lock, is a security mechanism that incorporates an electromagnetic element along with a mounting bracket, designed for controlling access to doors. By affixing this system to the door frame and attaching the mounting bracket to the door, an electric current passing through the electromagnet pulls the mounting plate, securely locking the access control device in place.
