Principle: high-temperature steam extraction of coffee.
How to use:
Fill the lower part with water, ensuring the water does not exceed the safety valve.
Place the ground coffee inside the funnel with a gentle press. Avoid using finely ground coffee or coffee mixed with other substances that could obstruct the filter openings.
Clean the screw threads, rubber ring, and inside of the funnel. Any coffee residue might prevent a proper seal and cause steam leaks.
Keep the coffee maker upright while assembling the two parts to prevent moisture from affecting the coffee.
Remove the coffee maker from the heat as soon as you notice the coffee infusion has fully risen to the top section.
The upper part and tube where the coffee infuses should be cleaned regularly.
For this purpose, remove the rubber ring and filter. Never use soap or cleaning agents.
